Using NotaryOne is simple. All you have to do is register and sign-in to the N1 System and order a notary for the time and location you specify. You will instantly receive a welcome and confirmation e-mail for the registration as well as a confirmation for each notary request. Once a request is complete, you will receive a confirmation with the date the documents were sent and a tracking number (as appropriate).

How the NotaryOne service works:

1. Register and sign-in to the N1 System.
2. Complete the online order form.
3. Upload the loan documents to be signed.
4. Receive a confirmation from NotaryOne including information about the professional notary who will be on-site for your signing.
5. Then relax and be assured that an official NotaryOne representative will be at the signing at the time and place you designate.
6. Finally, you’ll receive the properly signed documents according to your instructions, in time to meet your deadline.

Customized fees for dependable mobile notaries

We work directly with nationwide lenders and individual title/escrow branches to determine the best fee structure for you needs.

Our base rates are:

$200 - Single signing
$250 - First and second mortgages together
$100 - Quit claim deed/Single documents

If there is ever an error made by NotaryOne, it will be fixed at no charge as quickly as possible. If a borrower refuses to sign or a loan does not fund, the full fee will be charged.
